REI
A compact quad-motor blown-wing FPV aircraft concept for slow, playful, close-proximity flying.
REI is a new WUDFLY development aircraft built around four small tractor motors, differential thrust, blown control surfaces, and a compact blended wing/body layout. The goal is simple: a small aircraft that can fly slowly, stay controllable, and feel fun in tight spaces.
In development
REI is currently at the CAD and prototype-planning stage. The page will be updated as the first printed prototype, setup notes, and flight testing come together.
Blown wing. Wide motor spacing. Slow-flight control.
REI is intended to test an inner blown wing section, outboard blown elevons, differential thrust, and a separate rear elevator in one compact printed airframe.
Brief target specs.
Early target figures for the first REI prototype. Final values may change after printing, assembly, and flight testing.
REI is coming soon.
The next step is the first printed prototype, electronics fit, setup work, and flight testing. Follow DEV LAB for CAD updates, build progress, and test notes as REI moves from screen to airframe.
