A lightweight line-of-sight aircraft that works equally well as a calm park cruiser or a small aerobatic machine. Friendly enough for a beginner, but still entertaining for an experienced pilot.

The aircraft pages give the overview. The SPECTRE manual goes much further, showing how the printed parts, electronics, assembly and flight setup come together into the finished aircraft.

It is a good way to see the level of documentation and practical setup information that sits behind a WUDFLY release before choosing a project.

A comprehensive aircraft package

Each aircraft comes with the files and practical information needed to reproduce the supported configuration without starting from scratch.

Printable aircraft files Airframe parts, jigs, mounts and aircraft-specific printed components.
Build documentation Print preparation, assembly guidance, CG information and pre-flight checks.
Known equipment setup Recommended motors, batteries, servos, controllers and supporting hardware.
Aircraft setup files INAV configuration, rates and supported setup information where supplied for that aircraft.
Release updates stay with your aircraft. Future file revisions, documentation improvements and supported setup updates published for that aircraft release remain available to existing customers.
New to printed aircraft?

You do not need a specialist printer

A reliable modern FDM printer, a standard 0.4 mm nozzle and correctly calibrated lightweight PLA are enough to get started. WUDFLY development masses and shared profiles use ColorFabb LW-PLA as the reference material.
